When Lori Stephenson and Brad Thorman chose to elope to St. John’s and enjoy Alan Doyle in performance this previous weekend, they had no concept they would be the only ones who would get to see him carry out.

The couple took a trip to Newfoundland from Ontario ahead of Doyle’s program at the Iceberg Alley Performance Tent.

” We like the music from out here, and we enjoy the art. We got a huge piece of Newfoundland art on our wall. We simply constantly understood we ‘d get here eventually — we didn’t understand it was going to be for our wedding event,” Thorman stated.

Doyle, who takes place to reside in the area of the Winsor House Bed & Breakfast, where the couple were remaining, had actually currently prepared to make a look ahead of the show after getting word from the owner of their arrival.

But when the efficiency camping tent was damaged by Hurricane Larry and the performance needed to be delayed, his journey down the roadway developed into an unique two-song performance for the newlyweds.
